Signals from Fiskars
Reimagining the role of creativity in business
WHAT
Signals is a creative thinking event that explores the emerging signs, undercurrent and disruptive ideas shaping the future of business, technology, art, design, society and culture. It’s all about learning to recognize signals before they become noise – or worse, go unnoticed.
In a world overflowing with noise, the ones who thrive are those who can tune into what really matters. Signals is a bold new event exploring the power of Creative Thinking, Friction and Fearless Reinvention. Participants will step into a space where opposites collide, intuition meets data, logic meets imagination and comfort zones are intentionally crossed.
WHEN
Event dates: 22.-23.10.2025. This two-day event will take place in October when nature invites us to pause, reflect, and create — to turn inward and make meaning of our shifting surroundings. Autumn mirrors the creative process itself — a season of change, harvest, and the beauty of letting go. It’s when the world reminds us that creativity, like autumn, thrives on bold expression, introspection, and renewal.
WHERE
The venue for SIGNALS will be the historic and inspiring Fiskars Village. Fiskars ironworks village, founded in 1649, is a beautiful, unique creative community with approximately 600 permanent residents, many of whom are working in the fields of art and design.
Tickets are released in august 2025.

We welcome 150 participants at the forefront of creative work from different types of fields within; arts, business, culture, technology, society etc.

We have gathered a set of inspiring minds to share their insights and beliefs around creative thinking and innovation through their field of expertise.

At the end of day one we invite all participants and speakers to share a meal together in the fantastic settings of Fiskars Village.

What’s that noise – it’s a Signal. A shift. A disruption. A creative pulse just beyond the comfortable.
Tickets are released in august 2025.
