WHAT

Creativity has moved from the margins to the core of strategic thinking because navigating uncertainty demands more than data and efficiency.

Leaders who think creatively are better prepared to handle uncertainty, break free from habitual thinking, and shape meaningful change. Creativity helps organizations stand out, adapt, and lead transformation – instead of merely reacting to it.

Signals 2025 offers a rare chance to step away from daily routines, explore new ways of thinking, and strengthen creativity as a leadership skill.

It is an invitation to stay visionary in complex times, human in system-driven environments, and agile in the face of disruption.

Set in the immersive surroundings of Fiskars Village, Signals brings together business leaders, creative professionals, and researchers to explore how creative leadership methods can expand our thinking, deepen self-awareness, and offer new perspectives on leadership. Signals is a collaboration between Fiskars Village and Aalto University.

WHERE

The venue for SIGNALS will be the historic and inspiring Fiskars Village. Fiskars ironworks village, founded in 1649, is a beautiful, unique creative community with approximately 600 permanent residents, many of whom are working in the fields of art and design.

What’s that noise – it’s a Signal. A shift. A disruption. A creative pulse just beyond the comfortable.
