• Blinis with toppings: Fish / Vegetarian

Main course:

• Fish of the day, saffron hollandaise OR
• Grilled beef tenderloin, dark thyme sauce OR
• Tofu and vegetable skewers, yogurt sauce
• All main courses are served with potatoes and vegetables.

Dessert:

• Chocolate fondant, lavender crème anglaise, black currant sorbet, and roasted white chocolate flakes.
