Sacred Dance at Temple of Binah

Every second Thursday between 18:30-21:00, join us for a sacred dance circle at the Temple of Binah. Each session will feature a unique theme, guiding you through a transformative journey of movement and self-discovery.

What to Expect:
We’ll start by getting into the sacred flow together, followed by an immersive dance experience, where we go in to ourselves and embody the feeling of the different themes. After the dance, we’ll sit down in a circle, sip on chai tea, and share whatever our hearts need to express, or simply listen to others.

Celebrate the essence of the Divine Feminine through movements that reflect nurturing, creation, sensuality, and empowerment. Embrace your inner goddess.

10th october. 
Heart Expansion 💗
Open your heart and allow love to flow freely. This circle focuses on heart chakra activation and emotional release, cultivating compassion and connection.

24th October
Dance of Shadows 🎃
Explore the hidden aspects of yourself through the Dance of Shadows. Accompanied by dark beats, confront and release what lies in your shadows, finding strength and liberation.

7th November. 
Spirit Animal Journey🐺
Discover and embody the qualities of your spirit animal through shamanic drumming and guided visualization. Integrate the wisdom and power of your animal guides.
