In the heart of the picturesque Fiskars ironworks, by the river in the old laundry building the new Lavanderia opens its doors. In the relaxed atmosphere of the Gastro Café there is a cozy environment and a selection of both sweet and savory delicacies.
The entrepreneurs of Lavanderia, friends Guilherme and Juha, met in Fiskars while working at the food markets. Food and autumnal trips to the mushroom forest have brought the men together and now they also have a joint restaurant. Guilherme is an experienced chef and pâtissier, while Juha has a background as a chef and restaurateur. Together, this duo wants to create a cozy restaurant you feel like returning to.
