LA STRADA – A Concert Under the Italian Sky
LA STRADA is a concert that takes you on a musical journey through Italy, featuring the very best of Italian music.
At this stage of his career, Jyrki Anttila wanted to bring together his most cherished and beautiful melodies, ranging from opera to popular music.
The lighter repertoire includes Hopeinen kuu, Poika varjoisilta kujilta, La Strada, Hiekkaa, Olen suomalainen, O sole mio, and Puhu hiljaa rakkaudesta.
The audience will also be treated to tenor classics such as Nessun dorma, La donna è mobile, Mamma, and Funiculì Funiculà.
The concert has been warmly received during its tour across Finland, and in the spring of 2025, we will continue this popular tour.
Audiences have particularly enjoyed Anttila’s humorous and engaging presentations.

Soloist: Tenor Jyrki Anttila
Musicians: Anu Kosonen (piano) and Petri Ikkelä (accordion)
Jyrki Anttila was awarded the Pro Finlandia Medal of the Order of the Lion of Finland in 2023 for his long career as an opera singer, his contributions to Finnish classical art, and his role as a significant employer in the industry.
