You will receive a 20% discount on the land’s sale price when the property purchase is made between May 1st and October 31st, 2025. Additionally, we offer a benefit for families with children, providing an extra discount for children born in 2017 or later living in the same household (max. -10%).

5% for the first child
3% for the second child

The campaign is valid from May 1st to October 31st, 2025, and applies to plots in the Basarängen and Sparvägen areas. The campaign does not apply to lease agreements or any plots other than those mentioned above.

2. If the plot is not already reserved, a draft purchase agreement will be prepared and sent to the buyer by email for approval.
3. A date for the purchase is agreed upon, either at the buyer’s bank (which will arrange for a notary), or the seller (Fiskars Corporation) will ensure that a notary is present.
4. At the time of purchase, the purchase price is paid via online banking to the seller’s account (Fiskars Corporation).
