features true stories of growing up in a secret society of women in 1950s and 60s England, as remembered and told by Julian Garner.
Garner is an award-winning British playwright based in Finland. His plays have been widely performed in Europe, North America and bevond.
He also directs, focusing mainly on the work of new and emerging playwrights. The Godmother & Other Legends is his first experience as a storyteller.
The programme is unscripted. The selection and order of stories will vary between performances.
