Fiskars Easter Sessions returns in 2026, bringing talented string players to our beloved Fiskars, in a collaboration project with LEAD! Foundation and the Finnish String Academy.

Serving as the emotional centre of the programme is Hindemith’s Trauermusik (1936). Composed within the span of a single day, the work offers a contemplative interlude before the concert closes with one of the most cherished masterpieces of the string repertoire, Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings (1880). The energetic final movement not only brings the evening to an uplifting close but also sets the stage for the artistic celebrations to come at the Fiskars Summer Festival 2026.
